In his Director role, he marries employer data with industry research and trends to identify and address HCM challenges as well as managing a team of strategists responsible for solution design for hundreds of businesses. He also has taken on developing messaging and training across brokers, CPAs, PE firms and trade organizations.
Daniel Harting
Daniel Harting is an Elite District Manager for ADP small business sales. With 12 years of B2B sales experience in compliance, and human capital management, Daniel Harting provides strategic solutions, business consultations and accountant support for firms and clients across the entire country. While his primary focus is companies in the 1-49 employee range, he can support companies of all sizes, through HR infrastructure, retirement planning and other small business needs.
