This session will a hands-on discussion and analysis of a real-world tax case for foreign investments in the U.S.(INBOUND). A foreign individual with multiple U.S. investments, including remote transactions, a continuous operation in the U.S. and even investments in U.S. real estate, will be some of the topics that will be reviewed. The session will provide a framework to analyze such complex case and will also provide guidance on the forms that may be required to be completed by a tax preparer.

After attending the session, the participant will be able to:
- Identify international tax topics that may be relevant to foreign investments in the U.S.
- Determine a plan of action to tackle complex inbound international tax scenarios.
- Identify and complete relevant tax forms related to foreign investments in the U.S.
