Course Description
COVID-19 has changed higher education. The pandemic hit quickly and while procurement and suppliers responded, there have been struggles to source, supply and support everything necessary during these changing times. As we look toward the future, procurement, logistics, and supply-chain professionals should work together to determine what key gaps need to be fixed to protect higher education from future disruptive events.

This webinar, moderated by Katie Alba with Sourcewell, includes Leah Isbell, Administrative Manager for the University of Minnesota and representative of the ULSCA (University Logistics and Supply Chain Association); Robbie Jacob, Associate Director, Logistics for the University of California, San Diego, and representative of the ULSCA; Erik Rowley from UPS; and Ben Nichols from Grainger who will share their experiences and insights as we look at today and what is needed for tomorrow.
