This module introduces Planning, the first phase of Training NAFSA Style. During the Planning Phase, you will complete a number of tasks on your own as well as participate in virtual meetings with your Inductee Group aka Skills Practice Demonstration Team.

Individual Tasks in this module include:

• Review your Training Style Inventory (that you completed under Pre-Work) and accompanying reflection questions and be ready to share with your team
• Complete the NAFSA CEP Workshop Review of your assigned CEP Workshop

Group Tasks in this module include:

• Attend Planning Phase Team Meeting
• Share connections to your assigned CEP Workshop and materials
• Start to decide with your group which sections of your assigned snapshot each will deliver
• Schedule next team meeting
