This module takes you through the Preparation phase, the second phase of Training NAFSA Style. The Preparation Phase was modeled for you during the video under Expectations of the Preparation Phase, so be sure to refer back to that as your reference and guide. 

During the Preparation phase, you will complete a number of tasks on your own as well as participate in meetings with your CEP Workshop Snapshot Training Team. This phase generally ends with a team rehearsal before your Skills Practice Demonstration.

Your mentor will provide you with the PowerPoint associated with your section of the Intercultural Communications in Practice CEP.  The Participant Workbook can be found under the Planning Phase of this course.

Individual Tasks in this module include:

• Continue to review and become familiar with your CEP Workshop materials
• Contribute to the development of your team's training plan

Group Tasks in this module include:

• Attend Preparation Phase Team Meetings
• Co-create training plan
• Discuss ways to "put the ME in the CEP"
• Schedule and attend your team's rehearsal(s)
