Course Description

This course provides Project Management training to NAPO Professional members and Productivity consultants to help them teach their clients how to execute a project and manage tasks more effectively. The teamwork aspect of project management is emphasized, with discussion on all the different roles and communication skills required in project management. This course will be taught utilizing global best practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI) along with providing strategies, skills and tools to provide NAPO clients with practical uses of this knowledge to help them successfully execute projects in both their personal and professional lives.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this class, participants will be able to:

  1. Apply Foundational Project Management Principles to their Projects.
  2. Understand the Teamwork Aspect of Project Management.
  3. Be able to execute their Projects More Productively in both their Personal and Professional lives.
  4. Be able to Instruct their Clients to Execute their Projects more Effectively.
