Course Description
Lean principles have been widely utilized in corporate and manufacturing settings. Companies have seen huge increases in productivity which have equaled big savings in time and money. These concepts can also be applied in smaller settings such as the home. I would like to share how I have applied these principles in a corporate setting as well as the home, and teach my colleagues lean tools they can use such as 5S and Kaizen events with their clients.
