February 12, 2019: 207 Client Intake Interviews

Description

This course focuses on initial client contact. Attendees will learn how to conduct an intake interview to test for fit, determine client needs, and set expectations about next steps. These interactions allow the organizer to demonstrate professionalism and begin to construct the organizing plan. Discussion will include helpful scripts and communication techniques an organizer can use to guide the conversation to success.

    Through her extensive experience and involvement within the Professional Organizing community, Mindy is a recognized and established long-time member of NAPO . As the founding partner of Abundance Organizing, she lends her 11+ years of experience in the industry to emerging organizers. Her specialties include: project management in large scale jobs and organizer training/mentoring. Currently, she is involved in the Multi-person Business Special Interest Group, the NAPO Board of Directors, and the NAPO Richmond Chapter as a founding member and Past-President. Mindy is also involved with the Institute for Challenging Disorganization as a teleclass facilitator and Master Trainer.
