Course Description
Learn the key ingredients in helping your clients develop successful paper management systems. In this class you’ll learn how to assess clients’ paper management goals, challenges and styles. We’ll discuss how to develop effective systems to process mail, reduce paper and handle action papers. We’ll review how to create or tweak a file system and eliminate a backlog of paper. Lastly, we’ll cover how to help clients develop systems to maintain control of their paper.
