Interested in expanding your business? Creating home and small business inventories is a service you can easily add to your list of offerings – without much time or money involved to get started. In this session, you’ll learn the basics about creating home inventories, and how small business inventories differ. Susan will share what to include in a thorough inventory, talk about some of the inventories she created, and show screen shots from a few of the current inventory software programs. You’ll hear some ideas about how to market this service to your existing clients, former clients and potential clients. 

Susan provides a link to documents she’s created that you can download and use yourself including:Criteria for Selecting Home Inventory Software, Before Selling Your First Home Inventory, Home Inventory Client Questionnaire, Sample Room and Category List, and Create a Home Inventory Step-by- Step. An inventory of possessions, as well as key financial and contact information, plus digital logins and passwords, is something we all should have. This is a great service to offer your clients.
