Course Description
Have you ever been in a client meeting and they choose to focus on incoming emails, texts, or IMs? Usually saying “Do you mind?” or “This will only take a second.” In business today, owners and managers are on call 24/7. Technology is a double edge sword. In many instances technology tools save time and reduce redundancy. Other times technology becomes a time waster and time hog. Also, being connected 24/7 is unhealthy, unbalanced, and unproductive.

Learning Objectives
1. Benefits of technology.
2. Assessment.
3. Costs related to technology.
4. Response time policy.
5. Benefits of unplugging.
