Course Description
This course is designed for intermediate professional organizers. The class will cover the general process of successfully managing an organizing project. This course will include project planning with a client, other organizers and outside contractors as well as methods for working within time, budget restraints and managing pitfalls.

An important note, Slide 18 of this course refers to PO 201, which has now been split into two courses, 207- Client Intake Interviews and 208- Needs Assessment and Action Plan, both presented by Mindy Godding.
