It will start with the benefits of team organizing and how to get started, including using contractors vs. employees. The main part of the presentation will focus on how to conduct an organizing session with a team of organizers, to deliver remarkable results. There will be information on how to market the team approach and finally, there will be coverage of the systems, used for operations and administration.
