Gen Z
is the most diverse, educated, and technologically savvy generation to enter
the workforce. With little to no actual workplace experience this market of
65 million, who have already proven themselves open to, and adept at working
with experts to help them reach their goals, is a natural new market for NAPO
members to explore. This session is designed to help NAPO members fully
understand the Gen Z market and consider how to successfully partner to
increase the success of these newest entrants to the workforce. Objectives: • Help attendees understand how the Gen Z market differs from the other five generations in the workplace. • Identify Gen Z interests and through the use of Case Studies help attendees identify their niché for assisting Gen Z with increasing its productivity. • Provide interactive planning time for ateendees to ideate and draft case statements that align with identified Gen Z interests and needs. |
