Census) As companies embrace mobility as part of their culture, and families
strive to stay close together, move management services have become a key
component. This session will address the growing opportunities within the
Relocation Industry for Professional Organizers. Objectives: • Attendees will learn all about move management both near and far, including how to identify and partner with complementary companies and how to decide whether managing a local or multistate company is the right fit for them. • Attendees will learn about insurance options that exist, contract language to consider, and questions they need to ask to ensure that they are covered for the liabilities encountered in each aspect of their relocation organizing services. • Attendees will learn how to grow their businesses and profits by developing and managing a team. In addition, they will learn best practices for Employee and Subcontractor management and how to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. • Attendees will learn how relocation organizing differs from other organizing jobs and how to manage client expectations to guide clients to understand the expenses involved and the value provided. • Attendees will have the chance to see and learn about different products in the industry that help simplify and streamline any move. |
