OD4-431 Vacant Home Staging

Course Description:
An empty house doesn't tell a potential buyer much about how to live there. When a house is photographed and listed for sale there is difficulty in interpreting photos of empty rooms. Buyers cannot see themselves living there and will pass over empty houses for a staged house. Home Staging provides the emotional focal points that say to a buyer “You could live here!”.
