Course Description
Our clients have times when they feel less than confident, and so do we!! Ann Cuddy’s research suggests that doing a “power pose” for only two minutes before doing something intimidating or stressful can make us feel and behave more powerful. I personally use this tip before each time I do public speaking! Let’s talk about how we can use this technique for our selves and with our clients. And, please, don’t laugh if you see me standing like WonderWoman in the hallway before this session!
Learning Objectives
1. Is power posing something you would use with your clients?
2. Which type of client would this be most appropriate for? How can we introduce power posing to our clients?
3. How can we use this for ourselves?
