CR 4-668 Transform You & Your Kitchen for Healthier Eating: How to Create a Functional Kitchen & Eat Well

Course Description
Helping our clients goes beyond creating orderly spaces, especially in the kitchen. Clients want organization, but they are often looking for relief and ways to minimize the amount of time spent on routine tasks such as creating simple, healthy, and delicious meals for their families. When we—the organizers—are armed with the knowledge of how to live healthier and implement systems to create a healthier kitchen, we offer a true sense of support for them.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand how self-care is necessary for long-term, permanent change and how to apply it in your own life.
  2. Instantly change how you feel and teach others to do this too.
  3. Why zoning a kitchen in a specific manner is necessary to create a healthier and functional workspace.
  4. How to create meals plans, effectively grocery shop, and save money while eating healthier.
