Course Description

Do you feel like you, your clients and everyone you know is too busy to make self-care a priority? It’s time to create a self-care plan that is simple, free and centered around three activities that almost everyone can do - sleep, create white-space and walk. Learn the research, resources and revenue potential for these practices and begin implementing them during our session as we take a power nap, create white-space and go for a walk!

Learning Objectives

  1. How powerful these activities are in supporting your productivity, creativity and well-being.
  2. How to easily integrate them in your life and help your clients do the same, as we take a power-nap, create white-space and go for a walk during the session.
  3. How to generate more revenue in your business using these activities.
  4. Several resources (including books, podcasts, TED talks, apps, groups and more) for you and your clients to use as you create your simple self-care practices.
