Microsoft® Outlook: Beyond the Basics is an independent seminar and is neither affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, nor approved by Microsoft® Corporation. Many Outlook users understand the software basics, but are unaware of the options available to increase efficiency and workplace productivity. Designed for current PC users of Microsoft® Outlook 2013, Microsoft® Outlook 2016 or Microsoft® Office 365, this session will teach attendees features beyond simple Mail, Calendar, Task and People management.

Learning Objectives

  1. How to customize Outlook to achieve the look and feel that works best for them - The differences in functionality between the cloud and PC versions.
  2. Advanced features within Outlook and when they might use them.
