This 85-hour & 50-hour course will be 9 consecutive days 10 for some states at the Middle TN Realtors Association. The 85-hour course is good for any license state.  The 50-hour course is good for TN & MS.  In this class you have the option of attending live in person for the full 85 hours, or virtually for 50 hours from from 8-3 daily.
