Sharing aircraft scheduling best practices has always been one of our industry’s top priorities. New in 2023, in collaboration with Part 91 scheduler subject matter experts and Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., NBAA has developed an assessment-based certificate program that will provide participants introductory to mid-level training on the duties of a business aircraft scheduler.

After completing the course, participants will have a working knowledge of the best practices surrounding scheduling business aircraft. Successful program participants will receive a certificate and a digital badge to validate their knowledge with their peers. This program is perfect for flight department personnel who have been assigned aircraft scheduling responsibilities or professionals looking to work in business aviation operations.

CAM Credit Info
The Business Aircraft Scheduler Certificate is approved for CAM credit. Those that complete the course and pass the final assessment will be awarded four points towards their CAM application or CAM recertification.

Course Details 
The Business Aircraft Scheduler Certificate course will be available for purchase and completion throughout the entire year. Course attendees will have six months from the date of purchase to complete the online training modules and the final assessment in order to receive their Business Aircraft Scheduler Certificate.

NBAA recommends that participants only enroll in the course once they have the bandwidth to complete it.

Registrants who are unable to complete the program during their six-month subscription will have the option to extend their access for another six months. This extension will cost $275 for NBAA members and $350 for non-members.
