Welcome to NCCEP's Study Lab! The Study Lab offers online courses for GEAR UP professionals. Courses cover key topics for every role and level of experience. The Study Lab was created by GEAR UP, for GEAR UP. An advisory committee, ad hoc working groups, focus groups, and surveys informed the development of the courses, including determining common roles and key topics.

Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to serve GEAR UP students, families, and communities. Therefore, our courses encourage you to reflect on the work you currently do, what you would like to do in the future, and how you can apply what you learn to your local GEAR UP program.
