Federal buyers and commercial IT sellers often clash over Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)–mandated clauses and contract terms. This course highlights some real-life disputes, what is negotiable and what is not, and offers advice to buyers and sellers (mostly sellers) on how to bridge the gap.
