Description
Adhering to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements necessitates that both contracting officers and contractors engage in contracts and subcontracts with responsible sources at fair and reasonable prices. Since the determination of "fair and reasonable" pricing can vary widely based on several factors, buyers and subcontract administrators must be able to perform price analyses properly.
This session will comprehensively review hands-on methods contractors can use to conduct effective subcontractor- or supplier-price analyses inconsiderate of procurement type, complexity, or value.
The presenter will address each of the seven FAR techniques to structure, plan, and execute price analyses in a real-world environment.
