Gene Pickarz is a career contracting professional for over 33 years comprised of both Industry and Government experience. He has managed contracts across the US and throughout Europe ranging from Advanced R&D, Outsourced Base Support Services, International Offsets, Information Technology, and sophisticated Satellite and Communications systems. He is an accomplished educator and trainer as well for over 25 years and delivered seminars and formal education programs in contract and acquisition management. Gene has been an NCMA member for over 30 years, is a CPCM, and has presented at many World Congress events.
