    Dr. Sara Stern-Nezer is joined by Dr. Baxter Allen to discuss Dr. Allen's recent article, "Association of Seizure Occurrence with Aneurysm Treatment Modality in Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Patients."

    • Baxter Allen, MD

      Baxter Allen, MD is a board certified neurologist who completed  his residency at NYP-Cornell, where he focused on inpatient neurology, medical education, and research. He completed fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology at NYP-Cornell, and is currently completing a neurocritical care fellowship at UCLA to learn the fundamentals of critical care medicine, and how they are applied to patients suffering from neurological emergencies. Dr. Allen's research focus is on the application of multimodality monitoring, specifically with continuous electroencephalography, in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and traumatic brain injury. He wishes to pursue a career as an academic neurointensivist, with a focus on clinical work, including critical care EEG, and an opportunity to continue pursuing my research interests.
