Welcome to the ENLS Validation Study. You are being asked to participate in a research study that will help us understand what subjects learn from ENLS education and how well they retain that information. This process has several parts:
(1) Consent to participate;
(2) An online, closed-book examination of concepts and topics germane to ENLS without any preparation (ENLS Pre-training Examination), to test your baseline knowledge;
(3) Completion of the online ENLS Course, which entails passing 14 exams with a score of 70% or above;
(4) An online, closed-book examination, taken within 72 hours of completing the ENLS Course (ENLS Post-training Examination), to test your understanding of the material;
(5) An online, closed-book examination, taken six months after completing the ENLS Course (ENLS Post-training Examination), to test your retention of the material.
