    Emily Guglielmo, S.E., has two decades of structural engineering experience, all with Martin/Martin, Inc. She began her career in their Denver, CO area office, and is currently a Principal with the firm, managing their San Francisco Bay Area office. She has lectured on wind load provisions nationally and internationally and is the Chair of the NCSEA Wind Engineering Committee and a voting member of the ASCE 7 Wind Loads Subcommittee. A licensed SE, Emily has received a number of awards, including an SEI Fellow and the Susan M. Frey NCSEA Educator Award, for effective instruction for practicing structural engineers.

  • Russell A. Larsen, PE, SE

    Russell Larsen is a Senior Associate at Magnusson Klemencic Associates (MKA), a 220-person award-winning structural and civil engineering firm headquartered in Seattle with a branch office in Chicago. He leads MKA’s Wind and Analysis Technical Specialist Teams, and is also a key member of the firm’s BIM, Concrete, and Steel Technical Specialist Teams. Russell serves as a voting member of the ASCE7-22 Wind Loads Committee, leader of the ASCE7-22 Performance-Based Wind Group, and as a primary author for the ASCE Pre-standard for Performance-Based Wind Design (PBWD) published in June 2019.
