For engineers, there is no more significant (or even sacred)
act than the use of their professional seal and stamp. In reality, some take that act too lightly,
while others hold onto it too tightly.
This seminar will focus on the professional and financial implications
of stamping and signing professional documents, as well as the appropriate
procedures and protocols to be applied in satisfaction of statutes, standards,
and the standard of care. This seminar
will be led by Severson & Werson LLP’s Construction Practice Group leader
David A. Ericksen.
