Structural Engineers are
usually required, as part of their Contract for Professional Services, to
conduct on-site observations of the construction of a project. The usual stated
purpose of these on-site observations is to “Observe the progress and quality
of the executed work of the Contractors by an experienced and qualified design
professional and provide a written report of the visit.” This webinar will
review the protocols and pitfalls of making these on-site observations
including job site safety for the engineer performing these observations.
Course will award 1.5 hours of continuing education
