The Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC) Wind Design
Manual is scheduled for release in late 2017. This session will focus on a general
overview of the Manual along with several in-depth problems solved.
Emily Guglielmo is a Principal with
Martin/Martin, Inc., & sits on the
NCSEA Board of Directors. Emily is
the secretary of the NCSEA Wind
Engineering Committee & has served
on the ASCE 7-16 seismic committee.
Steve Kerr is a Senior Associate
Engineer at Josephson,
Werdowatz & Associates and
the Chair of the SEAOC Wind
Committee.
