NEI’s Emergency Preparedness Initial training is
intended for personnel who are new to the Emergency Preparedness program, new
to supporting, auditing, assessing, and/or regulating the Emergency
Preparedness programs.

NEI has partnered with industry experts to offer this
initial in-person training course to not only establish a baseline level
knowledge of the EP Program, but to facilitate a collaborative networking and
learning environment to assist with the accelerated development of those new to
the program. This week-long course will cover topics such as:

- Emergency Response Facilities, Equipment, and Communications
- Drills and Exercises
- Assessment, Classification, Declaration and Notification
- Offsite Interface
- Introduction to Dose Assessment
