Valerie
joined Peel & Holland in July 2010 as a Benefits Account
Administrator. She has been a Broker User and Broker Admin in
BenefitPoint as well as a user in Sagitta and ImageRight. In 2013, her
role shifted to Accounting and she is now primarily an RTM Admin and Broker
Admin user in BenefitPoint and a Sagitta Accounting user. She earned her
bachelor and master degrees in business administration from Murray State
University. Valerie and her husband Mason reside in Paducah, KY with
their daughters, Piper and Reese, and enjoy being involved in their church and
community, as well as traveling.
Michael
is one of the Senior Account Managers in the Employee Benefits division of JGS
Insurance based in Holmdel, NJ. In addition, he is the BenefitPoint
system administrator responsible for the overall maintenance and for assisting
users at his firm. JGS moved to Vertafore in late 2015 utilizing not only
BenefitPoint but also AMS360 and ImageRight/WorkSmart. Currently, Mike
also serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of NetVU’s BenefitPoint Users Group
(BPUG).
Anthony currently serves as Manager of Employee Benefits Consulting Support Services and Operations at Conner Strong & Buckelew and its affiliate AIM Benefits in Marlton, NJ.
As the firm's BenefitPoint Project Manager, and WorkSmart Lead for Employee Benefits, Anthony is responsible for overseeing client data compliance and document retention. Primary responsibilities with BenefitPoint include new business and retention record maintenance, data standard development, composition of written and multi-media training and support materials, customization of account, plan, activity, and service fields, and development of activity workflows and templates for client projects and servicing. Primary responsibilities for WorkSmart include file structure consulting, development, customization, and maintenance. Currently, Anthony serves as the President of NetVU's BenefitPoint Users Group Virtual Chapter and is a member of the BenefitPoint Education Committee representing as a NetVU Educator's Guild recipient. In addition to his Vertafore product and NetVU duties, Anthony manages a support team providing a specialized help desk for Employee Benefits personnel. Anthony also oversees the agency's Benefits Administration System (BAS) team, which provides self-service enrollment and eligibility system products and services through preferred vendors. Anthony also serves as the firms resident Zywave product expert, with a focus on Broker Briefcase, HRconnection, and Mywave Portal, and provides video recording and editing services for client projects. Julie Creswell was born and raised in Louisiana where she has worked in the Employee Benefits industry for nineteen years. For the last fourteen years, she has been with AssuredPartners and is currently the Employee Benefit Manager for the Lafayette, LA office. She oversees operations and manages a book of large group clients, heavily focused in the self-funded, public entity sector.
In 2009, Julie implemented BenefitPoint for their agency and is the Broker Administrator for their Lafayette and New Orleans, LA offices. In this role, she developed procedures and workflows to streamline client management, utilizing the customization tools available through BenefitPoint.
Julie was instrumental in creating a BenefitPoint Users Group in AssuredPartners’ Midwest Region where she currently serves as the chapter Champion. Additionally, she recently accepted an officer position in NetVU’s BenefitPoint Users Group (BPUG) where she serves as Secretary.
In her free time, Julie enjoys travel and outdoor adventures with her husband, including hiking, kayaking and ATV riding. She is also a yoga enthusiast and the proud mother of a future LSU graduate (Geaux Tigers!!!).
Mindy is the Regional Director of EB Operations for AssuredPartners. She has over 17 years of industry experience; working first on the carrier side and then the technology side of employee benefits. In her current role with AssuredPartners her focus is providing exceptional resources to promote both internal and external client and staff efficiencies and qualities. Some of her day-to-day responsibilities include management and training of the CRM database, development and implementation of processes and procedures, oversight of revenue variance, and merger and acquisition management.
