For many years, I have worn several hats including CEO at NetVU (Network of Vertafore Users, Inc.) and providing management services for, and serving as the Executive Director of, the American Insurance Marketing and Sales (AIMS) Society. I have also served as a facilitator for several insurance industry professional designation programs (CIC, CISR, CPIA) in the areas of Leadership, Agency Management, Marketing and Sales skill development.
As an independent consultant, I worked with clients to train, coach and mentor insurance agency employees to make them more productive and profitable. As an agent myself, I strive to help agency owners and managers improve their marketing, sales and service processes. My ultimate personal goal is to help agencies increase profit and substantially reduce E & O loss exposure by improving processes and procedures.
One of my biggest joys in life is being a Mom to two amazing young men, one daughter-in-law and a "grand cat". Reading, golf, music, cooking and wine are among the hobbies I enjoy with my husband and family.
