  • Kimberly Buck

    Kim has been with Haylor, Freyer and Coon, Inc. since 2000 and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She is a 1991 graduate of Alfred University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received her MBA from Columbia College in 2012. Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc. has approximately 200 employee owners in 8 offices, and has been delivering quality insurance protection with distinctive and exceptional service for over 85 years. HF&C established its ESOP in 1996 and formed its first ESOP Communications Committee in 2007. Kim was the inaugural chairperson of the ESOP Committee and served until 2011. During her tenure she learned a great deal about the importance of developing an ESOP culture and how it can be a wonderful benefit for the agency as well as its employee owners . Kim is an a graduate of the 2014 class of Leadership Greater Syracuse and currently serves on the Leadership Greater Syracuse Finance Committee. In her spare time, Kim enjoys reading, competing in triathlons, spending time with her dogs Riva and Roxy and riding and competing on her horse Luther.

  • Eric Wistrand

    Eric Wistrand is the Chief Information Officer of Couch Braunsdorf. He is responsible for the IT systems and security of data at Couch Braunsdorf, and regularly helps clients of Couch Braunsdorf better understand their data security exposures and implement action plans to lower their total cost of risk. Eric is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds a bachelors of science in business administration. Prior to joining Couch Braunsdorf 12 years ago, Eric was the founder and managing director of Think Green Technologies, providing consulting and IT support services to businesses.

  • Bruce Westman

    Director of Product Management, Vertafore

    Bruce is currently a Director of Product Management at Vertafore. He works closely with development working on Sagitta feature work and is also currently the liason with the Sagitta PM&E committee. Bruce has worked in various capacities within the Sagitta development group over the years and also spent many years in customer support as the lead accounting person. He continues to present at various seminars, conferences and user group meetings.
