Jim Dahoney is the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Director of Strategic Acquisitions for Marshall & Sterling corporate-wide. Jim oversees a team that focuses on all areas of information technology along with the discovery, evaluation and integration of new acquisitions. In addition he serves as chair of the agency’s E&O Committee.
Jim is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker. His diverse background includes experience with customer service, account management and business-to-business sales.
Jim is active with the insurance industry and local community organizations. Currently, he serves as a board member of NetVU, and sits on several carrier and industry executive committees.
I began my journey within the insurance industry 19 years ago and have spent the last 14 years with HNI. Initially my career at HNI was focused in client services but later I transitioned into the role of Manager, Learning & Talent. My focus is on helping to build collaboration, consistency and efficiency in the way we work through effective training programs, efficient workflows and embracing the capabilities of systems and technology.
