    Kimberly Hunter, NcSA is a Sr. Customer Consultant with Vertafore. In this capacity she works with the Sales team to showcase Vertafore’s capabilities and assists agencies with a variety of needs. She has 25+ years in the insurance industry. She has served as Vice President of Agency Automation for 2 large brokerage firms – The Leavitt Group and Beecher Carlson. She managed training, support and data management teams that were responsible for maintaining agency management systems, agency procedures and best practices.
    Kimberly has also served on many NetVU committees over the last 20 years including the Board of Directors, AMS360 R&D and Education, Industry Affairds, Connectivity, Chapter Leadership and most recently chaired and established the WorkSmart Virtual Chapter and WorkSmart R&D/Education Committees.

  • Lorraine Plezia

    Lorraine Plezia established her consulting business in June of 2010, coming from NetVU, where she served as the AfW/AMS360 System Specialist since 2005. She has years of agency and industry experience, as well as volunteer experience. Lorraine was certified by Vertafore as an AMS360 Trainer in 2005. She has written numerous classes for topics including AMS360 workflows, AfW and migration preparation, accounting & reports - presenting them at Chapters throughout the US, as well as Regional and National Conferences. Lorraine served as NetVU’s liaison to the R&D committee, working closely with its’ members and the Vertafore Development team. Prior to joining NetVU, she spent over 20 years managing a local agency, while serving as a volunteer leader in the New England AMS Users Group. Lorraine has served on the NetVu Board of Directors and is the recipient of the 2005 James M. Gibson Service Award, which honors an individual for “outstanding service and efforts in making NetVU and the independent insurance agency system stronger." In 2017 she left her business behind to join the staff of Risk Stategies Company in Boston, MA, as Accounting Manager. She resides in Lincoln, RI and enjoys 2 granddaughters, Gabriella and Alexa, who live nearby.
