Join your fellow AMS360 users and our Red River NetVU Chapter to learn more about InsurLink (formerly Client Portal) and pick up a few AMS360 tips and tricks to help you become more efficient with the tools you are already using.

We’ll spend the first half of the call on InsurLink with Lipscomb & Associates’ Vice President of Operations, Shyla Lankford, then move into our tips and tricks discussion with Cyndi Kirk, K & S Insurance Agency’s Account Manager and Training & Innovation Specialist. Cyndi will share favorites from her “Tipsy Tuesdays” – helpful hints and other advice for AMS360 shared weekly with her team.

Cyndi Kirk

Cyndi Kirk is an Account Manager as well as the Training and Innovation Specialist for K & S Insurance in Rockwall, Texas. Along with providing top level service to client needs, Cyndi investigates new technology to improve the daily lives of service staff. She also reviews current procedures and is always looking for ways to improve and grow. Cyndi is currently pursuing a number of advance courses of study, including NetVU's NcAM certification, Amazon Workspace Cloud Practitioner Certification and Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate. She whole heartedly believes that the computers and software agencies are already paying for should be used to their fullest capacity to help lighten the load for all. Shyla Lankford

Shyla Lankford joined Lipscomb Insurance Group, Inc. in 2010 with 17 years of experience in commercial insurance and risk management. During her career, Shyla has worked with companies from all industry sectors including; real estate, transportation, construction and contractors, manufacturing and public entities. Shyla is knowledgeable in all lines of property and casualty insurance as well as financial bonding. Since joining Lipscomb Insurance Group, Inc., Shyla has helped the agency grow with her ability to market accounts to various insurance companies and her ability to negotiate terms and conditions that are favorable for the client. In addition to being responsible for all commercial lines new business marketing, Shyla currently manages a book of commercial clients with premium volume in excess of $16 Million. Shyla is also the Vice President of Operations managing a staff of 12 employees.

Shyla is known for her excellent customer service, tenacity, sense of urgency and ability to multi-task; all skills developed while managing the interests of large books of varying types of commercial companies.

Shyla has completed her professional insurance designation as a CRIS (Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist), is a Vertafore AMS360 Certified Account Manager and is in the process of completing her ARM (Associate in Risk Management).
