Cay has a background in
Education that allows her to teach others effectively with the insight she
gained from studying Psychology and obtaining her Master’s in Science in Human
Resources Development (HRD) with a focus in Leadership and Organizational
Development. She has a large interest and education in Behavioral Sciences and
HRD that gives her the mindfulness to discover a person’s strengths and
weaknesses and incorporate that into a problem-solving approach for people to
use in their workplace and personal lives. With her higher ed. in Human
Resources and experience working with individual contributors and leaders from
many different organizations, she is consistently fulfilling her goal of
working with individuals for better lifestyles in the workplace and to help
companies thrive to their fullest potential.
