Michelle Lewis is responsible for the overall product management
of Vertafore's enterprise agency management product, BenefitPoint. To
ensure that BenefitPoint continues to meet the needs of agency professionals,
Michelle works with our user community soliciting and prioritizing
functional enhancements while executing on Vertafore’s agency market
principles of delivering unrivaled E2E customer experiences, innovation and
design thinking, rapid testing and learning with customers and making fast,
data-driven decisions.
Before joining BenefitPoint in 1999, Michelle spent over 6 years as an HR
Employee Benefits Manager, mostly for companies with 200 - 400 employees. In
addition to managing fully insured, self-funded, and retirement plans, Michelle
also designed, developed and implemented an in-house benefits administration
solution.
Michelle Lewis earned a BS in Physical Anthropology from the University of
California, Davis.
