Approximately
90% of incidents are caused by unsafe behaviors. When you see someone doing
something unsafe, do you speak up? Do you know how to speak up in a way
that is well received? Open and honest communication is a fundamental element
of a strong safety culture. Everyone should feel comfortable speaking up when
they see someone doing something unsafe, and also to receive feedback without
getting defensive. These are skills that don’t come naturally to everyone. This
presentation will help you learn the fundamental skills that can immediately be
applied on the job to help improve the safety culture within your organization.
