Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) requires the WWD/PI Statutes & Rules course be taken by all licensed drillers, pump installers, and apprentices on an annual basis.

This course will cover new water well drillers regulations and proposed future regulations, groundwater protection, well construction, well plugging and pump installation standards. This course is required for renewal of licenses for water well drillers, pump installers and apprentices.
