We will present fundamental conveyor designs and how to support your efforts in tracking conventional tension-driven conveyor constructions. Also, the capabilities of locating the highest degree of tension on a system to affect the highest degree of influence in tracking belts. Additionally, we will offer some alternative processes for consideration including pulley crowns, v guides, tilt rollers and conveyor construction options. (ie. lagging pulleys, increasing degree of wrap, increasing pulley diameters)
