The first section of this recorded webinar course will cover the forms that are needed to complete every report. The instructor will lead the students through proper gathering of information needed to successfully complete the forms. Discussion on the use of phone interview, assessors’ records, and online support. Additionally, drawing tools used on the excel form. The students will use guided practice to complete forms as the course progresses.

Instructor: Rick Wilcockson is a licensed Inspector for Accurate Septic and Well Inspections.  He has worked in the industry for over 25 years.  He works around the greater St. Louis area.  Rick is a former state & county regulator and has authored three on-site waste water ordinances. Residential inspections for real estate transactions is Rick's specialty. He holds a Bachelor's degree in biology and has extensive field knowledge.
