The second section of this recorded course looks at inspector forms, the different styles of tanks, septic, ATU, pump and holding tanks. The instructor will lead the students through proper gathering of information needed to successfully complete the forms. The students will use guided practice to complete a selected form as the course progresses.

Instructor: Rick Wilcockson is a licensed Inspector for Accurate Septic and Well Inspections. He has worked in the industry for over 25 years. He works around the greater St. Louis area. Rick is a former state & county regulator and has authored three on-site waste water ordinances. Residential inspections for real estate transactions is Rick's specialty. He holds a Bachelor's degree in biology and has extensive field knowledge.
