The third section of the recorded course will use guided practice. The instructor will select an inspection form with pre-selected issues for the students to discuss as the instructor guides students through filling out the form.

Instructor: Rick Wilcockson is a licensed Inspector for Accurate Septic and Well Inspections. He has worked in the industry for over 25 years. He works around the greater St. Louis area. Rick is a former state & county regulator and has authored three on-site waste water ordinances. Residential inspections for real estate transactions is Rick's specialty. He holds a Bachelor's degree in biology and has extensive field knowledge.
