Target Audience New graduate women’s health nurse practitioners (WHNPs), and other nurse practitioners involved in women’s and gender related healthcare.

Approval CE Approval Period: April 4, 2022, through April 4, 2025
Post-tests must be completed during the approval period with a passing score of 70% or higher to earn CE. No refunds will be issued if the activity is not completed within the approval period.

Objectives
  1. Identify risk factors, signs/symptoms, and differential diagnoses related to common psychosocial, dermatologic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal disorders.
  2. Discuss tests commonly used in the diagnosis of common psychosocial, dermatologic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal disorders.
  3. Describe the management of common psychosocial, dermatologic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal disorders.
  4. Review COVID testing factors. 

Content Outline
  1. Dermatologic conditions: Acne, Contact dermatitis, Psoriasis, Tinea, Skin cancers.
  2. Headaches: Tension type, migraine, cluster headaches.
  3. Musculoskeletal pain: Low back pain, Strains and sprains, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and Fibromyalgia.
  4. COVID testing
