    Julie Williams has been a Dialysis Administrator for 35 years working as an Administrator for several small, physician-owned dialysis programs in SW Missouri, NW Arkansas and NE Oklahoma. She was Controller and Area Administrator for Renal Care Group for 5 years and was responsible for regulatory and financial oversight of East Texas Market including outpatient hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and acute dialysis programs. She also worked on a due diligence team to review programs for acquisitions. Julie is currently Administrator and part owner with multiple physician groups of 6 independent dialysis programs. She was a Practice manager for a Nephrology group practice for almost 30 years.

    James B. Riley Jr., JD, is past chairman of McGuireWoods' Health Care Department. He received is Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois(magna cum laude)and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University National Law Center (cum laude). His practice encompasses general corporate and health care law, with a particular emphasis on complex transactional matters for hospitals, outpatient service providers and physician practices. Mr. Riley has written numerous articles in the health care field has been a speaker at programs sponsored by the American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Care Financial Management Association, the National Renal Administrators Association, the Renal Physicians Association and the National Kidney Foundation.
