    Julie Williams has been a Dialysis Administrator for 35 years working as an Administrator for several small, physician-owned dialysis programs in SW Missouri, NW Arkansas and NE Oklahoma. She was Controller and Area Administrator for Renal Care Group for 5 years and was responsible for regulatory and financial oversight of East Texas Market including outpatient hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and acute dialysis programs. She also worked on a due diligence team to review programs for acquisitions. Julie is currently Administrator and part owner with multiple physician groups of 6 independent dialysis programs. She was a Practice manager for a Nephrology group practice for almost 30 years.

  • David Oppenlander, Chief Financial Officer, Centers for Dialysis Care, Inc

    David is the Chief Financial Officer for the Centers for Dialysis Care. David has worked for 20+ years in Healthcare, primarily in hospitals and health systems, the last 5 years have been in Dialysis. He was in the Northeast Ohio healthcare market for 9 years starting with St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland then with Catholic Health Partners. He was in the Northwest Ohio for 7 years with St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee, near Toledo. David also spent 2 years in Central Illinois with Decatur Memorial Hospital and with the Hospital Sisters Health System based in Eau Claire. Wisconsin. David started as an accountant at St. Vincent Charity Hospital progressing to become the Chief Financial Officer of Allen Memorial Hospital while working with Catholic Health Partners. Since that time David has held the top financial executive positions with each organization he has been associated. David received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and a Masters of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. David is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s as well as the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). David is also a board member of the National Renal Administrators Association and co-chairs their finance committee.

  • Chris Lovell, Director of Medical Informatics & Systems Dialysis Clinic, Inc.

    Chris Lovell received his Masters in Nursing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He works for DCI to improve the IT infrastructure, automation department systems, the company’s data quality, the medical information systems, and implementing electronic clinical decision tools and protocols.

    He is a Certified Nephrology Nurse, a member of KCC, KCP and the NRAA.
